Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and scope

These terms govern your use of rendfly (the "Service"), operated by DFMENDES TECNOLOGIA LTDA. By creating an account or routing traffic through rendfly, you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent.

2. The Service

rendfly is a production-time reliability monitoring service for conversational AI agents. We extract rules from the system message you provide, evaluate your agent's production traffic against those rules, and alert you when behavior drifts from the contract. We do not act on your agent's behalf and we do not modify your traffic.

3. Your responsibilities

• One workspace per legal entity. Don't share workspaces between unrelated organizations.
• Provide accurate authentication information; you're responsible for activity under your account.
• Don't use rendfly to monitor agents you don't own or aren't authorized to monitor.
• Don't attempt to extract other customers' data, bypass rate limits, or interfere with the platform.

4. Provider credentials and customer data

When you connect an LLM provider, you grant rendfly read-only access strictly to the data needed to evaluate your agent (typically Stored Completions or proxied requests). We never act on your agent. You can rotate or revoke credentials at any time; doing so disables monitoring until new credentials are provided.

5. Pricing and billing

Plans, conversation quotas, and pricing are listed at rendfly.com. Subscriptions renew monthly or annually. Plan changes take effect on the next billing cycle and are prorated where applicable. Refunds are issued within 14 days of an annual subscription if no significant usage occurred.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. We may suspend the Service immediately for violations of Section 3 or non-payment. Upon termination you have 30 days to export your data; after that, all account data is deleted per the Privacy Policy.

7. Liability and warranty

The Service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that monitoring will catch every drift event — you remain responsible for production behavior of your agents. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to arbitration under the rules of the Câmara de Conciliação e Arbitragem do Brasil (CCBC), seated in São Paulo, in Portuguese or English at the parties' option.
